🔄 Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
At NailMart India, we strive to deliver premium-quality nail products with care and transparency. Every order is quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
📦 Replacement Policy
- Replacement is applicable only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear, unedited parcel opening video (from sealed package opening to product display) is mandatory.
- Replacement will be processed only after verification by our team.
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected by us.
- A return pickup fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method / bank account only.
- Refund processing time is 5–7 working days after product receipt and approval.
🚚 Return & Pickup Policy
- Return pickup will be arranged by NailMart India where applicable.
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, labels, seals, and accessories must be intact.
- A return pickup charge of ₹150 applies to all approved returns.
❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Wrong product selection (design, size, color) by the customer
- Minor color or design variations due to screen or lighting differences
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
- Used, altered, or partially used products
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Products restricted due to hygiene reasons
📮 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed as per refund policy timelines.
🎁 Coupons, Offers & Loyalty Programs
- Currently, NailMart India does not offer loyalty points, gift cards, or wallet balances.
- Any future promotional offers will be governed by their respective terms.
