We carefully pack and dispatch each divine product with devotion. Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 working days of confirmation.

• Delivery time depends on your location (typically 4–7 working days within India).
• We will share a courier tracking number once shipped.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays due to courier issues, strikes, or natural causes are beyond our control but we will support you fully.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it with the same item at no cost.
• Please share an unedited unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery (if open-box delivery is not performed).
• Without this proof, we may not be able to process replacements.

✨ Refund Policy

• Refunds are only given if replacement is not possible.
• Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• No refunds for change of mind, wrong choice, or personal preferences.

Our humble request: Since these are divine sacred items, we encourage you to accept replacements instead of returns. Once a product is blessed and dispatched, it should reach a loving home and not return back. 🙏
